Bow and Bay WindowsThese are curved sets of windows that extend away from your home. Bay windows are three windows that curve by either 30 or 45 degrees. A bow window unit can have three to five panels that curve at 10 degrees.

Picture WindowsThese are the windows you want if you are trying to “preserve the view”. With nothing but clean, clear glass, these allow the view in and are the most efficient windows on the market. With HUGE sizes possible, the view’s the limit!

Awning WindowsAwning windows are just like Casement windows with one key difference; hinge location. A awning window has the hinge on the top. These come in both crank and push out as well. These windows fit very well in tight spaces.
|
Casement WindowsCasement windows are hinged on the side and typically have a crank you turn to open the window. That said, some are called “push out” meaning once you unlock the window, you simply push it open.

Double Hung WindowsDouble Hung windows offer ventilation from both the bottom, like a single hung, and the top! This allows you to open both sashes independently or together. The top sash slides down, the bottom sash slides up.
|
Single Hung WindowsA single hung window operates only from the bottom and slides up. These are the most basic operable window and usually the least expensive. A single hung window operates only from the bottom and slides up.

For windows: Our Installation Manager has been installing windows and doors for over 30 years. There are few, if any, situations he has not seen and solved before. His crew has been with him for going on a decade now. He knows and will do what it takes to make sure everything is installed not only correctly, but beautifully. Also, we don’t just rip all the windows out on day one and leave. We work on a few windows (1 or 2 is typical, 3 occasionally) and leave your home safe, secure and weather tight before we leave every day.

Glen often doesn’t leave a proposal on the first visit. He would prefer to discuss the job with you, find out exactly what you want/need and then get you an exact price. To do so, he often negotiates with the suppliers to ensure the best pricing possible. Also and again, he really hates for homeowners to feel any pressure to buy.
The proposal will detail out the scope of work, the products being used and the price. If no changes are made by you, the price will not change. |
